The return and exchange policy only applies to customers who live in the USA. For all countries outside the USA all sales are FINAL as the cost to ship the shoes to the exchange center is far too expensive. So you must be extra careful in ordering your correct size.
We accept returns and size exchanges on earthing shoes within 14 days of delivery, and only if in pristine new condition.

All customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returns AND exchanges. Shipping with USPS ground is low-cost, safe, and provides tracking. You can purchase a shipping label online and hand it off to your local USPS mailperson :)
